RenoLuma is provided by braid ai labs, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you join the waitlist, buy image credits, sign in, generate renovation concepts, or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you may have over your data.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you join the waitlist, start checkout, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your email address, name, account profile details, support messages, and the source of a waitlist signup.
When you generate a renovation concept, we collect the room photos, selected or custom style, budget, location, preservation constraints, drawn regions, project notes, generated prompt, selected model, generation status, generated renovation image, credit balance, and purchase history.
Source room photos
You can upload room photos to preserve the existing camera angle, layout, and fixed constraints in generated concepts. These photos may be stored in your project history and transmitted to the third-party image-model provider that powers generation. We do not use room photos to train our own AI models.
The image-model provider receives the photo to process the generation request and handles it under its own privacy and retention practices. Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information or people who have not agreed to that use.
Payment information
RenoLuma sells one-time image credit packs. We collect purchase records such as email address, selected pack, credit amount, purchase status, and Stripe checkout identifiers. Stripe processes card and payment method details; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
We and our service providers may log technical information as you use the service, including IP address, user agent, pages visited, features used, session data, device and browser identifiers, rough location, errors, and timestamps. This data helps us keep the service reliable, secure, and useful.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve RenoLuma.
- Register waitlist interest and send product updates.
- Process one-time purchases, grant image credits, and show purchase history.
- Authenticate accounts through magic links or supported OAuth providers.
- Generate, store, display, and let you download renovation images.
- Communicate with you about your account, security alerts, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
AI processing
To generate a renovation concept, we send your room photo, renovation settings, drawn regions, project notes, and related prompt data to our image generation infrastructure. Generated images may be stored so you can view your history and download them after signing in.
Source room photos may be forwarded to the image-model provider for generation and kept in your project history. The provider's processing of the photo is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your renovation inputs or generated images, and we do not use them to train our own AI models. Do not submit sensitive personal information in room photos, style, location, project notes, or drawn-region fields.
Your renovation content
You own the text, prompts, and other content you submit. We access it only to provide the service, including running generation, showing previews and history, keeping backups, and responding to support requests you initiate.
Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular reviews of our security posture. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you promptly if we discover a breach that affects your data.
Data retention
We keep account information, project history, and generated images for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Waitlist records are kept until they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them. Purchase, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained longer where required or appropriate.
Source room photos may be retained in your project history until you delete them, delete your account, or ask us to remove them, subject to legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs.
Third-party services
We share data with a small number of vendors who help us run RenoLuma, including payment processors, cloud hosting and storage providers, image generation infrastructure, transactional email providers, analytics services, and supported login providers such as Discord. Each vendor only receives what's necessary for its function.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights from your account settings; for anything else, email us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when our practices change. If a change is material we'll let you know by email or in the product before it takes effect. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
